NYU's Premier All-Treble A Cappella Group

About Us
The Cleftomaniacs are New York University’s premier all-treble a cappella group! Founded in 1997, The Cleftos are built upon a strong love for music and an irreplaceable chosen family, with a diverse group of members spanning the university from pre-med students to drama majors. Their repertoire ranges from contemporary pop and R&B to classics we’ve all heard and love, featuring a fun flair that makes it completely their own!
ICCA
The Cleftomaniacs have competed in the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA), winning a collection of awards over the years. In 2024, the Cleftos placed 2nd at Quarterfinals, earning a spot at Northeast Semifinals for the first time in the club's history! The Cleftos also won the special award for Outstanding Choreography at Quarterfinals for the second year in a row. The Cleftos are excited to be competing again soon!
